With 20 years experience in human services, including 12 years in executive leadership, Kate blends frontline insight with operational strategy, giving her a unique perspective on both people and organisational outcomes.

She has:

• Led teams of over 250 employees and budgets exceeding $20 million

• Delivered high-stakes audits, workplace investigations, and change projects

• Coached leaders through people and performance processes, including reviews, disciplinary matters and difficult conversations

• Guided leaders and organisations through complex organisational transitions with empathy, clarity, and integrity
